Proven track record of 5 years Channel Sales success in Roof Tiles, Aluminium Long Span Roofing and or of Building Materials products
Ability to read drawings & take roof measurements.
Thorough understanding of Channel & Direct Sales.
Must be well versed with reporting systems and formats for monitoring Dealers, analyze performance of self and dealers in order to report to senior management.
Appointing New & Developing existing Dealers in assigned territories.
Managing their accounts – generating sales as per targets, keeping them under credit limits and ensuring prompt collections.
Sales & Stocks tracking, Re-Ordering and see that dealers get their goods in time.
Assist in planning and crafting of sales activities for customers
Identify new market; develop new accounts for business growth.
Manage and handle sales inquiries, closing sales and provide quality supply & after sales service to customers.
Establish, build and maintain good cordial relationship with customers and suppliers.
Organize, attend trade shows, exhibitions and support all branding initiatives of parent company & also dealers and customers.
Lead sales effort to potential targeted accounts in liaison with internal sales.
Communicate on competition activities – pricing, products, deals, and also potential new designs, varieties, types of products being used in the marketplace.
Develop understanding of product application, roofing tiles installation process so as to be able to provide field technical support to clients for speedy & quality execution.
60% of the Sales Manager’s time will be spent with builders merchants, 30% painters and decorators and 10% with tile fixers and tiling contractors


Qualifications
A proven track record of selling Roofing tiles or similar products to the dealer market and also have experience in selling to Estate Developers, Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, including residential and social housing, the leisure industry, hospitals and public buildings and State Housing projects & contractors.
Must be experienced in Generating New Business, Cold Calling, Warm Calling, & Client Retention.
A minimum of 3 years experience in selling roof tiles
Strong, disciplined “needs satisfaction” selling skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
MS Excel & MS Word working knowledge

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for coordinating physical changes to computer databases; codes, tests, and implements physical database by performing various duties in support of all software used.

Designs logical and physical databases or reviews description of changes to database design to understand how changes to be made affect physical database (how data is stored in terms of physical characteristics such as location, amount of space and access method.)

Establishes physical database parameters.

Codes database descriptions and specify identifiers of database-to-database management system or direct others in coding database descriptions.

Calculates optimum values for database parameters such as amount of computer memory to be used by database.

Specifies user access level for each segment of one or more data items such as insert, replace, retrieve, or delete data.

Specifies which users can access databases and what data can be accessed by user.

Tests and corrects errors, and refines changes to database.

Enters codes to create production database.

Selects and enters codes of utility program to monitor database performance such as distribution of records and amount of available memory.

Directs programmer/analyst to make changes to database management system.

Reviews and corrects programs.

Trains end users in use of software applications.

Confers with co-workers to determine impact of database changes on other systems and staffing cost for making changes to database.

Modifies database programs to increase processing performance.

Communicates with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware and operations problems.

Provides technical assistance to users

Installs and tests software upgrades.

Oversees a Help Desk for users, optimizing customer services


REQUIREMENTS

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science (or related field) from an accredited university.

Requires at least Four (4) years of Supervisor/project management experience in setting up of IT and Telecom Infrastructure preferably in a transportation or industrial firm. Total IT experience of not less than four years preferably within the industry or related business.

Requires special technical knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and network support for multiple users.

Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.

Must have extensive understanding of Network applications and usage.

Must be familiar with applications software to support operations.

Requires sound understanding of ERP software applications.

Must have extensive understanding of computer hardware technology, maintenance, and operation.

FINANCE OFFICER


ABOUT THE JOB

The Finance Officer is primarily responsible for the sound and efficient functioning of the financial systems and procedures at the NINERELA+ national secretariat. In addition, the Finance Officer Will advise the National Coordinator and the Programme Team regarding all financial matters (available budgets, activities, etc.) connected to the network activities.


The Finance Officer would also be responsible for developing budgets as well as production of timely monthly and quarterly finance reports.


Other Responsibilities include:

Ensure compliance with Partners Fund’s financial management requirements.

Generate and coordinate periodic financial reports, (i.e. monthly/quarterly/annually)

Ensure that all accounting records are maintained in line with the manual, GAAP and Donors and Partners requirements.

Follow up on prompt release of funds, once approved.

Ensure relevant books and records are maintained for all financial transactions for activities under him/her.

Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation statements for all bank accounts;

Responsible for issuing receipts, preparing and posting of Payment Vouchers into the relevant systems and maintaining the cash books in accordance with laid down procedures.

Payment of advances as approved by the National Coordinator as well as ensuring the retirement of such cash advances.

Ensure timely submission of relevant monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports on activities implemented to all stakeholders.

Support the programme officers to draw up periodic work plans and budgets

Ensure prompt preparation and payment of monthly project staff salaries and other related payments.

Educate staff on the statutory laws and regulations, fiscal policies and changes thereon.

Engage in other duties as may be assigned by the National Coordinator.

Maintenance of the Networks staff data, equipment and facilities.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in finance and administration discipline with 2 – 3 years post-qualification experience in an organization working on  HIV/AIDs.

Must be at least a student member of a Professional Accounting body

Good communication skills

Resident in the FCT Abuja

Ready to and capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Ability to work with minimum supervision and exercise of sound judgment and flexibility to achieve agreed outcomes

Well developed writing and analytical skills and an ability to express ideas clearly and concisely

Effective presentation and interpersonal communication skills and ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relations

Ability to contribute to the effectiveness of a team, including supporting others and managing priorities

Ability to communicate fluently in English and other local dialects.
